The goal of the Transition Program, in coordination with the Center for Career Discovery, is to assist students with disabilities in entering the world of work. This program provides students with meaningful, interest driven, career experiences.  Through sequential programming involving employment skills acquisition, career exploration and career training caters to the varying levels of student need, and students are able to prepare for post-secondary education, training and careers.
